Scene stealer!

At lunch time  I met two of my friends for a snack at the Plough Inn, in Sparsholt  village (close to Winchester) before going on to the nearby village of Crawley, where there was an open garden. It was filled with beautiful spring flowers: Aconites, Snowdrops,  Hellebores, and naturalised Crocuses (see extras) but the friendly free ranging bantams were playing at (and succeeding at ) being scene -stealers! 
Afterwards, I went to visit  my Mother. My sister was already with her, having arrived from Cornwall for a few days. My sister was very impressed with the Care Home, and feels our Mother  couldn't  be in a better place. Now to persuade our Mum this is the case !
