Sausage and mash

Though they are veggie sausages.

We've struggled over the years to find veggie sausages with flavour.  These are Gosh, and by gosh, they are definitely tasty.  Smoky sweet potato and paprika - they certainly have a bite.  And they are readily available from several of the local supermarkets. 

What should have been a short trip out to the physio for W became a much longer, rather tedious trip as we needed to stock up on veggies, and the traffic in Galway City was very heavy..

Other than that, not much happened today!
