Delicious Delia

I was talking to Mima about Delia's Summer fruit compote the other day.  You use stone fruit and berries.  My choice is nectarines and plums together with mixed berries.   Cut up in slices, add the fruit (no sugar for me) and then put in baking dish and bake in moderate oven for 40 - 60 minutes (depending on your oven - mine generally takes close to an hour)  You can eat hot or cold.  I have it with greek yoghurt but Delia uses creme fraiche.

About the only useful thing I have done today is making this compote and some drum practice, it's been a slow day.  Well perhaps it fits the bill for Ingeborg's theme of shapes.  Thanks for hosting Ingeborg.
