St Peter’s Church

This morning we picked up our local friends and met up with our other friends for a walk around the Great Linford area of Milton Keynes, concentrating on the canal and old railway.

After parking at The Black Horse, where we’d booked lunch, we headed along the canal and then deviated towards the ruins of St Peter’s before heading back to the canal.

We’ve never walked this part of MK before and although there weren’t many parts that were free of traffic noise, it was warm and sunny, and well worth investigating further at another time.

This is my contribution to the Mono Monday challenge of hard and soft.  Hard structure on soft grass.
