A little colour to brighten up the day

While most of the country appeared to have some sunshine today the South East was blanketed under a layer of lowering cloud from which a cold drizzle descended from time to time.

There was little colour to be had outside until I came across this toy placed on top of a rubbish bin in Mote Park. Is it broken? and been left there or was it lost and someone Or has it been put it in a prominent position so that the owner might come back to collect it? It didn’t look broken to me.
