Daffodil

For flower Friday. One I rescued after a slug or snail had a chomp on the stem. Then I had a little play as one does ;-))

Aerobics this morning, and we were using the resistance bands again, and I think it has upset the bi and tri muscles on my left arm :-(  Which is great as I am lefthanded!  However, it will be ok tomorrow (fingers crossed). Although cold the weather forecast is for dry weather here for the next few days, so hopefully I can crack on in the garden.
