The last day of the hutmeet and, after the cleaning was done, we went our various ways. Several were going to do a walk from Corwen but, since I was going home via the A55 coast road, I decided to do Friday's walk but extended. 

I reached the slate tip plateau and realised that I'd stupidly left my handbag on view in the passenger footwell! I now know the locks on my car are pretty good, but that wouldn't stop a window being smashed... so I dropped down and returned to the car. But at least I'd had a walk, and to be honest I think my legs needed a rest day.

I had a good journey home and look forward to sleeping in my own bed.
