Lazy Sunday

Not done much today. Had a lie-in - well sort of - is it a lie-in if you've been awake half the night with the sciatica?
Finished the book I was reading and started this one.
Feeling a little peaky this evening with what feels like a bit of a head cold or the start of one. 
Using a new ear-spray for the ongoing ear problem - I've had the same spray already and it didn't get rid of it last time. Had this bad ear since last August.
Used the TENS machine earlier and this has blocked out the sciatic pain - for now. Hope it lasts overnight.
We started watching a series called Treason last night. It's on Netflix. Quite good.
