Is this a dream?

No wonder Rafi thinks he's dreaming, look who dropped by to see him today!! I spent the morning at home, trying to get myself organised, but flitting from one thing to another in a blind panic!!
At the hospital this afternoon with Jodie, Rafi is nice and chatty and has left Grandma and Grandad a message on their ansaphone (how thrilled will they be!!?)
