Pruning the vines

The two of us took to Sweethearts little vine to clean up the land from all green what easily grows there and to wind up the branches of the grapes as to have them hang out freely and not lie on the soil like they did before our friend tended to this field of vines.

While he was winding up the grape branches I was weeding with a small scythe and after some 4 hours work in the fields I needed a brake to lay down and recharge... not used anymore to such labour, but it was lovely to be at it! 

Sweetheart had his nephew from Athens around the house, and thus didn't come with us, what he'd normally had done as to check if all works according to his conceat.
