Charity shop picture framing

Here's the outcome of my charity shop picture framing activity on Wednesday. The frame cost £3. I had the mount 'in stock' from other framing exploits. The painting (of me) is by (the late) Daddy hazelh.

I spent my morning at the gym and the afternoon at my desk. I plan to spend my evening on the sofa.

Exercise today: 35 minutes on the exercise bike; pilates class; swim (30 lengths); walking (10,681 steps).
