Daylight robbery!

Suzy is home from her stay in hospital. Not sure we are any further forward on her treatment. The lack of communication in what is clearly a badly funded and overworked NHS was stunning. At one point she was told to wait for results of a blood test she had not been given. Then after waiting two hours to be discharged a doctor came to take a post op blood test. When Suzy told her she had not had an operation, a look of panic appeared on her face. At that point we left, only to be confronted with a car park fee that outstrips even those in afluent Guildford.
If only those fees could be ploughed back into the hospital but I believe the car park is privately run. Profiteering on peoples  suffering......ok rant over, I feel better.

Some NHS staff who are working harder than they should to fill gaps.
That i dont live in a place in the world where free healthcare does not exist.
