Stormy Weather

I’m hopeful after today’s big storm we can turn our attention to spring. It is March, after all, and I know underneath all of the snow we’ve received this past week there are daffodils peeking through • One of my favorite things about winter are the plowed roadways. After a storm the snow is white and clean and all those straight edges created by plows and shovels are pleasing to the eye • This was taken earlier today after the city plow rumbled by. It’s been by twice since and there’s more passes to come as snow is still coming down. We easily have over a foot • The slow melt will begin tomorrow as daytime temps look to be above freezing every day this next week.
