Snow!

This morning  we awoke to find the  garden enveloped in snow. It snowed some more this morning, and then rained in the afternoon/evening. 
I didn't  venture far, just far enough to photograph these daffodils in the back garden which are sheltering under a large Potentilla shrub. 

I have spent much of the day catching up on correspondence by email or on the phone.
