Coffee Catchup.

Naples has a different feel to it today. Saturday sees people getting together for a more relaxed chat.

Another great day with so much walking:
- catacombs including a detailed account of how the bodies were dealt with after death including a graphic description of bone breaking and fluid draining. Left me feeling a bit queezy.

- up a funicular to a castle and gallery full of indistinguishable renaissance paintings. But a spectacular view over the bay of Naples.

- a stroll and lunch in Vomero, a middle class district above the city.

- arriving after a road accident. Don't know what happened but the traffic wasnt stopping. The cars and scooters edged around the poor chap and carried on. See extra.

- back to the Spagnoli district for a wonderful no frills fish dinner. Bread served in a paper bag and wine in a plastic cup. A feast of spaghetti a la fruitti di maré. See second extra.

-back in my room now sorting out my photos with a glass of wine. Home tomorrow.
