Spuds

I did some clearing and weeding in the garden this morning early. I wondered if there were any potatoes as there was some self sown green shoots which had died down. I was quite pleased with the haul as I didn’t plant them or water them. They will last us a few weeks and we had a couple for dinner that accidentally had the garden fork go through them. 

We had a quiet day. Maddy caught the bus here after school so I didn’t need to drive and collect her. The weather was hot and windy today with autumn leaves flying everywhere.
