Garden helper

Just spotted this blackbird looking for grubs. Seems to have found plenty. It is also helping me by turning over the soil in the raised bed.
I noticed the soil seems to have sunk and needs topping up again. Hopefully won’t be long before I will be planting vegetable seeds again. Roll on Spring/Summer!
A miserable dull day with the odd shower, but so much warmer. 12 C.

The Piano came to a marvellous climax last night when the four winners played at the Festival Hall in London.
This has been one of the best programmes on TV for a long time. Not a dry eye in the house.
The ending when each of the four winners were given a piano was a wonderful idea.
Well done to all and especially the producer.
