The Rainbow States

Forget the politics of Red and Blue, this is rainbow America.

We had a quick walk to the library between storms. What a relief to get outside for awhile! Looks like someone changed their oil on the street and didn’t clean up very well. What are the chances of all that toxic mess forming a near perfect map of the United States?
