Cooking Demonstration

Yet another sea day as we continue to steam towards Cape Town.

We were treated to a cooking demonstration this morning by the Executive Chef, Devraj Singh Thapa.  He showed us how to make Shrimp Quesadillas and Tandoori Chicken Murgh which left all of us anxious for lunch time!

It looks like we are heading into some stormy weather tomorrow — we’ll have to see how rough and ready it gets!
