Happy Birthday Frank!

72 years young!
We had the vegan muffins we bought with one big candle in the middle.
Tony and Dianne spent the afternoon on the beach - it was very hot so we didn’t want spend hours there but joined them for the last hour and I went up to my bum in the sea - cold at first but soon got used to it.
We all went for a curry in the evening.
