Mono Monday: From the window

The Mono Monday challenge for this week is From your window, so this is taken from our bathroom window, over the roof of our breakfast room, which was added on by the previous owners, over the garden and the trees beyond. The trees at the bottom of the garden are part of our neighbours garden, but those houses are in Indian Hill, an adjacent neighbourhood, very affluent, and those lots are about 2-3 acres. In the winter, you can just make out the house through the bare branches, but once the leaves are on the trees, they disappear. Beneath the trees flows a small creek, and we often see white tailed deer just beyond our fence, following the path f the creek.
It was largely a domestic day today, with a swim in the afternoon. Whilst we woke up to a wet morning, the rest of the day was dry, with grey skies.
Step count: 4,120
Swimming: 48 lengths
