David

You would have seen David on my blip journal before.  A retired headteacher.  Him and his wife Andrea are such lovely neighbours and people.  David has early dementia.  He has something wrong too with his mobility, and is waiting to see neurosurgeons. He has had to start using a wheelchair when out and about.  And still he got down on the floor to play with the younger wildlings today. Him and his wife love the wildlings.  And we them. Such lovely people.
Our other lovely neighbours are selling their house , as T has parkinsons and they now need a bungalow for their future.
Our cul-de-sac has changed the last year and is still continuing to change. I'm a bit funny with change like that because it's such a special neighbourhood .

Anyway it's been a good and productive day. Lincoln slept through the night and was much better today. Xander had a cross country competition and enjoyed himself.  He says he was 11 out of 26 . The p4-7 s from their school ran against other small schools and the bigger schools ran against the other big schools.  He's knackered since he got home. Our school came third overall.
The antibiotics are helping the Jedi . We went out to post some letters and get fresh air and the meds are doing their work because he ran for a while until a coughing fit took over. But he slept loads better last night. And didn't cough much through the night.

Three of the wildlings are playing upstairs with their toys and walking around in my heels ( Lincoln) and the jedi my sneakers . Like banana boats on their feet.
