Feeling a bit rough

Shadows trough the blinds.  I think this was the morning I me up with Mike and we visited Cannon Hall and then went for lunch at Rob Royd - my retrospective adding to this journal might not prove accurate.  The start of feeling unwell - afternoon. My brain has been in a bit of a fog for days now.  I think Mike didn't catch Covid from me.
