No wind for windsurfing

Back to Fidelis to ensure the house is empty, and bring some back to Woodlands Park Road. First proper day of the weekend is also the first day of the school holidays. Slightly later leaving than planned and the trip ended up taking an hour longer than the usual 1 1/4 hours.

Therefore the first things on the agenda was to sit with a cold drink and have an early lunch. Sitting on a wooden chair on the flat  just before the steep cliff at S' mother's home, I was watching a windsurfer make essentially no progress. Went inside to get my camera, By the time I came out, I could no longer see the sail of the windsurfer. The surfer was obviously interacting with the escort boat (possibly a tutor).

Next time I looked out, I saw the boat heading back to Algies Bay, and towing (presumably) the windsurfer on their board.

The bright sun and blue water was very attractive, but of no use to a windsurfer. They needed wind.
