A road map to improve our world

I’ve been to visit the Civic Gallery today with friends from the RPS Contemporary North group.  They spent most of their time at The Diane Arbus exhibition, but because I’d already seen it and because I felt tired I went into the garden outside the gallery.  I’ve not looked at these signs before as they are sited in front of the far wall.  I thought it was a great idea and wondered who had set up the project.  They have been there for a long time and the young women on the reception desk looked online for me, but so far I have no answers.
