Our New House.

The Feast Day of St. Guthlac and St. Stanislas.
Today was just amazing.
Our prayers were answered to the full.
Many thanks to my dear blip friends who held our house viewing in God's light.
We viewed the property this morning, loved it, put in an offer and later in the day raised it a little as there was someone else interesting in buying it.
Our offer was accepted and we are now waiting for all the legal aspects of the sale to be processed.
The detached house in a quiet cul de sac has all the features we were hoping to find.
I first saw the sale sign in the front garden while out walking on the morning of Good Friday. 
There is a small neat well maintained garden, a conservatory, a good size kitchen, a long living room and dining room, three bedrooms and upstairs family bathroom and a garage. We are so thankful.
On a sad note my Father in law who is 90 years old is in hospital. Please pray for him.
