Sorting

Just typed an entry and lost it…grr!
Basically a quiet day at home with Paisley whilst A at work and N at golf.
Made an aubergine parmigiana for them to take home and a lemon meringue pie that I kept for myself!
Another bright sunny day that I didn’t make the most of…mainly some finance admin, family history and calls about P sorting out a range of frustrating mess ups.
Watched the Hugh Laurie new adaptation of an Agatha Christie mystery having recorded the first two episodes…quite well done.
