Ruined Barn, Fusedale

As Deb wasn't at work today and the forecast for the morning was pretty good, we headed over to the far side of Ullswater to walk 5 more Wainwrights in the Fusedale round. It was as boggy as I've known the area, and at times the wind was really strong, it certainly wasn't warm, but we got round in 4 1/5 hours. ~Driving home there were a few spots of rain on the windscreen, but once we got in the house the heavens opened - exactly when the forecast predicted!

Overnight we had really high winds, stormy weather and even a touch of snow. There was stuff blowing around outside the house and down the road. Possibly the strongest I've known since moving into this house.
