Dead Wood

Forestry work on todays dog walk with Mrs M around Watchwood / Calverton ex-colliery. Nice odour as we passed and the friendliest dog-walkers we ever meet. 3.5 miles today.

They're beauty, variety and stages catching my eye this year.

Predominent at this end of the swathe for some reason

Risotto
One of my best tonight. Left over chicken. pancetta, onions, garluc, dry vermouth, organic celery (so much tastier), home made chicken stock, parmesan, butter- voila!

Wellness
Lots of spasms and pain, so took midday clonazepam which helped. Still cherished the walk (3.5 mikes).

BBC R4 - Any Questions
