Emil & His Pony

(Der) Pony being the German for fringe.

Emil is the smallest of the donkeys and he is lovely.  That stripe you can see on his shoulder goes right over and down the other side, he also has a stripe that runs down his back.

The field that they are in has doubled in size - quite a large patch of ground to search for donkey apples.  It was a rich harvest - my barrow ranneth over.  So much poo you would have thought I was in a Retrospective...

But everyone got fed, the water has been refilled and everything is ready for tomorrow.

My arms ache and I don't care.
