It's been a day.  

Quite fun - when it was just the four of us working through things.  

Nobody in the team is happy with how our New Flat Hierarchy Management Structure is working.  It is, as usual, a bullshit idea badly implemented by people who have no idea about what we do and as a result every one of us feels ignored.

Also fun when I ran an ad-hoc training course for colleagues in the UK.  I don't speak a lot of Englisch here - except when I've switched my microphone off to swear at the Management people who know nothing.  I noticed that my accent has changed a lot - caught myself pronouncing things as if I was from Aberdeen.

Tomorrow is Friday and I am really looking forward to it passing quickly.
