Resolutely

When the sun was out, nothing much happened. As clouds rolled in, the action started. Such is the way. The egret and the heron, on opposite sides, each stalking their prey, trying to ignore one another. Eventually the heron's resolute determination won out and the egret had to leave the party.

It's a softer shot than I would like, but it shows the story. The camera was shaking, the light changing and the subject moved. Not an easy combination.
