Ice cream weather

A potter around at home and Dad duties of a Bank Holiday tip run and vacuuming the car -who knew it would be so disgusting behind a child's car seat?!
We'd noticed that there was a Spring Fayre on at Longden village hall so after the morning's excitement thought we'd get out for a bit of homemade jams (apple & ginger), cake (raspberry bakewell), falconry, local cheeses, strange crocheted beings and, of course, ice creams.
The sun even made an appearance, to the extent that coats and jumpers were discarded.
