The bluebells are out!

We were planning a mountain day today, but Deb had an acupuncture session in the morning, and didn't feel up to it afterwards (surprising how needles tire you out - I found the same when  I had some a few years ago).

So after lunch we drove down to Elterwater where there's a lovely little wood with bluebells. This was shot on my macro Len’s at full aperture with great care to keep two of the flowers in the same plane of focus - as the band of sharp focus was so small.

Don't think they'll quite be ready in Rannerdale yet - usually a couple of weeks later there.
