Lovely day for a cycle in the Borders with Mel and her dad.

Last few days have finally been backblipped. Haven't had home internet in 48 hours, but managed to transfer some photos from the computer to the phone. Most unsatisfactory.

Came home from our cycle to find loads of roads around Willowbrae closed as we tried to get George home. Police all about, and a white-forensic-suited person wandering about. Figured it was probably linked somehow to being woken at 4am by a helicopter overhead - turns out at 1am there was a shooting, but all sounds convoluted with car crashes, and an injured man a little from the original incident. Definitely more to come on the news there...
