Historic

It's great to see so many blippers recording today's historic occasion. G got the flat decorated, and we had aspects of an afternoon tea, toasting King Charles with a glass of Rose Veuve Cliquot.

It was incredible to watch the colour and the ceremony, all executed to perfection. It was lovely too, to watch an entire worship service on TV. I took over a hundred pictures of the TV screen but settled on my main image, mainly for Penny Mordaunt, who did an incredible job holding the sword. A google search on her later confirmed that thousands of others were impressed as well! The scenes of the armed forces marching through Whitehall and The Mall were phenomenal.

It's been great to stop and have a day off. I finished off last week's ironing. Tomorrow should be more productive!
