With Knobs On

A bad weather day today, I managed an hour of weeding and pricking out lettuce seedlings before the rain started, then we had light rain for several hours. These are my new kitchen cupboard knobs - well, one box of three as I had to change 27 of them. The cupboards are old, but I think these cheer them up a bit. I received my quote for an awning, but at £3k I won't go ahead as I only want it to block the sun on the patio doors and keep the bungalow cooler, so I'll look at other solutions. Still no contact from the three companies approached by CheckaTrade to do some hard landscaping and wall repairs - looks like that's a dead end. The sun came out late afternoon and it's really lovely now.
