A busy reflective shot to go with  a busy reflective head. 

A very broken sleep due to the pain and the events of the night keeping me awake. I woke feeling like  a zombie. I did think about cancelling therapy but I needed the space to talk. It was helpful. 
The only thing was that it was so painful sitting for the hour and I was glad to stand and walk home. I am aware that I am limping a bit which is not a good sign. 

Spoke to my GP this afternoon as she said she would phone me to find how I had got on at the hospital. She has prescribed me strong pain gel and referring me to physio. I'm seeing her next week and if gels not working there are other options.
