These are everywhere.
Giant Echium. I love them and so do the bees.

Morning spent in Newlyn. Beautiful weather.
After coffee we had a walk round the harbour.

Always fascinating watching the boats bringing in their catch.
Crab sandwiches for lunch. Followed by ice creams from Jelberts.
We bought two Megrim sole for tea. Just had pan fried with Cornish new potatoes. A bottle of white wine we bought the other day.
A meal fit for a king!

This afternoon we had a walk along the coastal path from Perranuthnoe, which is where I took this photograph.
A most enjoyable day.
