Tintinhos at the Adega

Might as well keep up the series with yet another photo of Paul and Felicity. In the Adega, after church, trying the local red, made in the huge amphorae, with bread (we took Mike's sourdough GF from home for Felicity), fresh cheese, and olives.

In extra, the GF croissants Felicity and I had a go at making. Unfortunately, though we started yesterday and I got up early, no way were they going to be ready before church, so we had them after our nap, and they were actually rather delicious, even though I didn't have all the ingredients, nor followed the recipe exactly. The recipe (as well as loads of other good GF recipes), in case anyone is interested. I think the psyllium husks would really improve them, but couldn't find any here.

And now we are off to pick up Bengt and Gunilla for the expat gathering at Sem Fim.

Gratefuls:
- sitting with Ermelinda in church
- the GF croissants turning out rather delicious
- getting a place booked to stay in Olhão for Tuesday night, before their flight on Wednesday

PS Just saw the line in the night sky of Musk launching another load of his satellites. Not good.
