Early Purple

Today we travelled north to Denbighshire to view a property that ticks almost all of our boxes. Although we said we wouldn't move further north than the Shropshire Hills, we would relax that rule a bit for the right property. The house was even better than we had expected from on-line viewing so we hope to arrange a second visit early next week. I was particularly impressed by the wild flower meadow (which is a SSSI) where there were dozens of Early Purple orchids. The afternoon was spent mulling it all over while walking the spaniel around the grounds of Chirk castle.
