Wound up in Wexford

By Neatwithice

Another splendid day

Wall to wall sunshine.  Third load of washing drying.  Solar panels producing far more electricity than we can use.  Husky (little blob to the left of the panels) doing his thing.

The hedging is ours, and is a rather boring mix of griselinia and laurel - we would have preferred native hedging.  The trees on our boundaries are all outside the fence, but we can enjoy them, as do the many birds.  Mostly ash, luckily at present showing no signs of ash die back, but with a few sycamore, and of course several, currently resplendent, hawthorns.

I spent the morning doing domestic tasks - changing the beds, cleaning the bathroom.  Decided I still detest housework!  After lunch I popped to the GP nurse to get my ear syringed, and put up an advert in the small supermarket for some domestic help!
