I'm taking antidepressants and have been for a few years now. They've been a incredible help keeping my mind stable.

Today, Little Man and I didn't go to church as I'd planned. None of us had a good night's sleep last night and I didn't have the energy to get to church and back (I don't drive) . I did manage to make it to the shops as we needed to get a few things, like bread and milk. Our freezer isn't very big, so we can't buy in bulk. Little Man did sleep in his pushchair this afternoon, which I was glad about.
