Yes summer has arrived and children have started to paddle in the Allan Water.

I went to my aqua aerobics class this morning where several friends were curious to find out how I was getting on with my swimming lessons at Stirling University. It was good to report that I am more than satisfied and could not praise the state of the art facilities or tuition enough.
