Cloudy bbq

The whole day was grey and cloudy, quite a change from yesterday but a relief from the heat. I had a lot of housework to do so I cracked on with that, made a nice lunch and read my book (re reading Normal People by Sally Rooney). On the school run I spotted a fellow cargo bike mum, we were both quite delighted to meet each other and exchanged numbers. In the evening we had yet another BBQ, I like how it creates less mess in our small kitchen and obviously tastes so much nicer. Today we had marinated chicken wraps.
