Although the bits should have been tired after running about with all their doggy friends yesterday, they weren’t. So whilst I nipped to the supermarket fir a top up of a few essentials, Mr PHL took them to Dalkeith.

Hung some towels on the line when I got back and despite a lack of sunshine, they were dry by 5pm when I hung out the second load of washing.

In the afternoon we took the dogs to Newbattle where my foot coped ok with a three mile walk through the woods.
