Cornflowers in the Garden

I planted cornflowers and poppies and all sorts of other bee friendly flowers in pots on the balcony. Guess where they are blooming? Not in the pots. But the pots are green, something is growing, I just don't know what it is or will be. A start?
This bunch of cornflowers is blooming right underneath the balcony. Most likely my seeds..... Too bad it's not my garden. There are purple ones, too.
