The Lozarithm Lens

Flower Friday (16th June 2023)

The first picture I took on my new Panasonic Lumix on Wednesday was one of the Woodland Garden stinking irises that has slightly transmuted, shown in an Extra, so for Flower Friday here is a purer example of one in the garden, the first blip proper with the new camera.

Lozarithm's Lozarhythm Of The Day:
Michael Messer’s Mitra - Anyway the Wind Blows (2016)
On her Sunday morning BBC Radio 6 show Cerys Matthews has played a lot of tracks by JJ Cale, but recently she played this Indian-influenced cover of his song Anyway The Wind Blows from their debut album Call Of The Blues. It fused country blues with Hindustani classical music and included the mohan veena player Manish Pingle, and the tabla player Gurdain Rayatt.
