Risotto

A. made risotto using our broad beans, courgette plus fresh mint and parsley from our garden. fresh!

I got up the ladder with the hedge trimmers to cut back hawthorne, copper birch, holly and hazel that make up the bottom boundary of the garden. I really didn’t enjoy this work, Im no longer so confident on the steps! A journey to the council tip in Meanwood was required.
