Scurrying clouds

For the last 2 days we have had blustery winds with sunshine and showers mainly short lasting but some quite heavy.
This afternoon we went to our local village church for a Strawberry tea but due to the wind and threatening rain we were in the hall instead of their lovely garden. In town we had just had heavy rain - in the village 3 miles away they had a power cut so tea and coffee was delayed till the power came back on.

Strawberries and rural baking were much enjoyed. As is my habit I had to take a photo from the car park of this my favourite countryside where I grew up.
Compared with a couple of recent blips of this view the changing fields are obvious- the oil seed rape is no longer yellow and the green fields of grain are turning golden.
